Our founder and principal consultant is Konrad Clemmans. Konrad established a management consultancy, And Solutions in 2006. In between full time engagements, he has consulted for several organizations, providing improvement services. In 2021 And Solutions, was rebranded to Radwell.

Konrad is a qualified, experienced and passionate business leadership and operations transformation professional. His engagements include textiles, chemical manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, animal feed, defense, food, cosmetics, local and state government sectors, providing you with 25 years business analysis, problem solving, business strategy, project management, operational improvement,  coaching and solution implementation experience

Many of the people he has helped over the last few decades call him Rad. He has been married for 26 years and father to three young adults. Born in South Africa, his family relocated to Perth in 2005, and then again to the Gold Coast in 2018 chasing a warmer ocean and opportunity. A lifelong surfer and fitness enthusiast, Rad knows the value of preparation and planning to realize future plans, and has had several life and work events to learn that purpose fueled by perseverance eventually leads to progress

Rad is also scientist at heart, holding a triple major science degree, and applies scientific thinking when addressing improvement challenges. He also holds an MBA, majoring in venture creation and business improvement. In addition, Rad holds formal qualifications in project and operations management

Rad’s purpose is to be well, and to do well when helping others. He is passionate about excellence, and delights in sharing his knowledge and experiences. Rad also strives to follow Jesus Christ’s teachings in servant leadership and transformational thinking

His simple approach to helping others, has been honed by simply serving, developing, and helping people improve within organizations so that they are able to help others, which has influenced a culture of learning and ongoing improvement towards operational excellence. Rad is also passionate about challenging status quo and confronting difficult circumstances, and being able to provide realistic improvement solutions to meet expectations
